Blackboard Learn allows for instructors to have 1.5GB of storage per course. If your course is exceeding this limit, it is likely due to the use of MP3 or MP4 video files that contribute to large file sizes. To alleviate the maximum storage issue, here are some options:
Login to Panopto, click on the create button, then click on upload media, find your video for uploading and drag and drop it in the upload box for processing. Once it is processed you can proceed to linking it with Blackboard (See below)
Then provision your course for Panopto so that your students have permission to view the videos. Link the videos from Panopto to Blackboard (See instructions for adding a Panopto video to Blackboard and Provisioning your Blackboard course for Panopto).
You can also upload your videos to YouTube or Google Drive as well and link them to Blackboard. Just be sure to give the proper viewing permissions for accessing the videos and then use the link as a Weblink in Blackboard for the students to access.

- Tap the More options icon (three horizontal dots); tap the Share icon.
