Course e-reserves are textbook chapters and other readings in digital formats that the library makes available to students to use in a specific course. Instructors request that these materials are made available in digital format. Library staff can scan these materials for instructors through our Scan-on-Demand service.
In compliance with U.S. copyright requirements, the library provides controlled access to these digital files by limiting loans loans to students in a specific course for a designated period of time, through the use of Controlled Digital Lending (CDL) software.
