***IMPORTANT NOTE****    If you are using the camera for remote classes you must use the Room PC

(You can access your content from Google Drive, Thumb drive, Blackboard, etc. and use the Doc Cam)

1. Login to room PC with your "My Maritime" login credentials.

2. On the Crestron display, Press the Power On button and select the PC button.

3. Launch Google Chrome browser for a Blackboard session.  Note; you can connect thumb drives or external drives as well.  

For Zoom sessions:  Start your Zoom session and Click on the Green Shield with the check mark on the top left of the open session to open the settings menu.  

Click on the Audio menu section and make sure the following is selected for Speaker and Microphone:

Speaker:  Crestron (Intel® Display Audio)    Microphone: ShureP300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone

Next, go to the Video menu section and make sure VDO360 2SEE is selected from the dropdown menu:

 

Blackboard Collaborate sessions:  Access your Blackboard Collaborate session and click on Join session.  Open the session menu options on the lower right hand side of the screen

Next click on the gear icon to access the audio and video settings and select Set up your camera and microphone. 

Select Shure P300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Shure P300) from the dropdown and test the sound.  You should see the purple audio bar moving.  Click on Yes, Audio is working.  

Next is the video test.   Select the VDO360 2SEE and Yes, Video is working.  

Enable the Audio and Video by clicking on the Icons on the bottom of the session.  

 

Google Meet Sessions:  Access your Google Meet session that you set up and launch the session.  

Click on the Menu button (Three dots) on the lower right corner and go to Settings

On the Audio Tab, under Microphone select Shure P300 Echo Cancelling Speakerphone and for Speakers select Crestron (Intel ® Display Audio).  Then click on the Video tab.

Video Tab: Under Camera select VDO360 2SEE.  Then click Done in the lower right corner.

 

4.  When you are finished with your remote sessions and the room, please be sure to power off the Crestron panel and log off the PC.
