If you cannot log in after clearing your cache, you will need to reset your password. Follow this link to your My Maritime page to reset your password, or email [email protected].
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser
- Open Settings
- Go to Privacy and security
- Click the arrow to the right of Clear Browsing Data
- Change the Time range to All time, or modify the range as needed
- With the 3 boxes checked, click on Clear data
Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Click on the 3 lines at the top right of your browser
- Click on Settings
- Click on Privacy & Security
- Go to Cookies and Site Data
- Click on Clear Data…
- Adjust the timeframe under When:
- With the boxes checked for what you want cleared, press Clear
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge Browser
- Click on the 3 dots ... (to the right of the address bar)
- Choose Settings
- Select Privacy, search and services
- Scroll down to Clear browsing data
- Select the “Choose what to clear” box
- Adjust the time range to your preferences
- With all 4 boxes checked, select Clear now
Safari
- Open Safari browser
- Click on the Safari menu in the top left-hand corner next to the Apple symbol
- Click on Settings...
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Privacy
- Click on the Manage Website Data button
- To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
- A new dialogue box will open
- Click Remove Now
- Wait a few moments, then click Done
- Close the remaining dialogue box
- Press Command + Q to quit Safari
