If you cannot log in after clearing your cache, you will need to reset your password. Follow this link to your My Maritime page to reset your password, or email [email protected].


Google Chrome 

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser
  3. Open Settings
  4. Go to Privacy and security
  5. Click the arrow to the right of Clear Browsing Data
  6. Change the Time range to All time, or modify the range as needed
  7. With the 3 boxes checked, click on Clear data


Firefox

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Click on the 3 lines at the top right of your browser
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Privacy & Security
  5. Go to Cookies and Site Data
  6. Click on Clear Data…
  7. Adjust the timeframe under When:
  8. With the boxes checked for what you want cleared, press Clear


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge Browser
  2. Click on the 3 dots ... (to the right of the address bar)
  3. Choose Settings
  4. Select Privacy, search and services
  5. Scroll down to Clear browsing data
  6. Select the “Choose what to clear” box
  7. Adjust the time range to your preferences
  8. With all 4 boxes checked, select Clear now

Safari

  1. Open Safari browser 
  2. Click on the Safari menu in the top left-hand corner next to the Apple symbol
  3. Click on  Settings...
  4. A new dialogue box will open
  5. Click Privacy
  6. Click on the Manage Website Data button
  7. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all
  8. A new dialogue box will open
  9. Click Remove Now
  10. Wait a few moments, then click Done
  11. Close the remaining dialogue box
  12. Press Command + Q to quit Safari
