New Password isn't Working, Clear Your Cache
To verify that your password is correct, go to: My Maritime enter your username, student = first.last [email protected]/staff = first initial + last [email protected], and the password you are trying to use. If you can login then your password is correct and you may need to clear your cache to clear an older saved password. Find the browser instructions below.
If you cannot login you will need to reset your password.
Clearing your cache
Google Chrome
Open Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser
- Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy and security
- Click the arrow to the right of Clear Browsing Data
- Change the Time range to All time
- With the 3 boxes checked, click on Clear data
Close or refresh the browser.
Go back to the login screen and enter your updated credentials.
Firefox
Open Firefox
- Click on the 3 lines at the top right of your browser
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Privacy & Security
- Go to Cookies and Site Data
- Click on Clear Data
- With the boxes checked, press Clear
Close or refresh your browser.
Go back to the login screen and enter your updated credentials.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge Browser
- Click on the 3 dots ... (to the right of the address bar)
- Choose Settings
- Privacy, search and services
- Scroll down to Clear browsing data
- Choose what to clear
- Change the Time range to: All time
- With all 4 boxes checked, Clear now
Close or refresh your browser.
Go back to the login screen and enter your updated credentials.
Safari
Open Safari browser
- Click on Safari from the top tool bar.
- Choose Preferences

Advanced tab
- Enable the Show Development in menu bar
- Go to Develop in the menu bar
- Choose Empty Caches
Close or refresh your browser.
Go back to the login screen and enter your updated credentials.
