Creating Appointment Slots on Google Calendar
- Log into your maritime Gmail account.

Click on the waffle on top right of browser
- Choose Calendar
- Choose Calendar
- Click on the day you want to add appointments and the following box opens
- Enter the title

Add time
- If you want to repeat appointment, choose how often the appointment will repeat
- Note: Appointment slots default time is 30-minute intervals. Click on “Appointment slots” tab to alter times
- Add video conferencing if wanted
- Add location

Click on Appointment slots tab
- Save
- Click on the calendar appointment that you made
- Click on – Go to appointment page for this calendar
Appointment page
This is what the student will see. When they click on one of the slots and hit the save button, they have made an appointment.
Once the appointment is made, an email will be sent to you and the student and the slot is no longer available.
